Field Engineer – Ingegnere di Cantiere

In un'ottica di potenziamento della rete tecnica sul territorio, ricerchiamo una figura tecnica che opererà
a stretto contatto con progettisti, imprese e clienti
, con l'obiettivo di promuovere soluzioni ad alto valore aggiunto nel contesto delle costruzioni.

Mansioni e responsabilità:

  • Fornire consulenza tecnica su soluzioni di ancoraggio, fissaggio, impianti e protezione passiva al fuoco
  • Formare e supportare progettisti e imprese sull'utilizzo corretto dei prodotti
  • Assicurare l'inserimento delle soluzioni tecniche all'interno delle specifiche di progetto
  • Collaborare con il team commerciale per la conversione delle specifiche in opportunità di vendita
  • Visitare regolarmente i cantieri e i clienti per offrire supporto tecnico e identificare soluzioni personalizzate
  • Analizzare problematiche progettuali, individuare opportunità e proporre soluzioni mirate

Profilo ideale:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Civile, Edile o affini
  • Ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative e di problem solving
  • Forte orientamento al cliente e al lavoro sul campo
  • Disponibilità a spostamenti frequenti nella zona assegnata
  • Preferibile una prima esperienza (anche breve) in ambito tecnico-commerciale o cantiere

Contratto e inquadramento saranno valutati in base all'esperienza.

Inserimento in un contesto multinazionale altamente strutturato, con concrete possibilità di crescita professionale.
