What about the Job?

FLAG-MS is looking for a PCB layout designer to be involved in the develpment of power and signal electronics for automotive and industrial applications.

Our electronic boards (analog/digital) are mainly based on programmable logic controller (micro-controller, FPGA) and characterized by analog and digital I/O, CAN, Ethernet, Serial communications, sensor signal conditioning.

FLAG-MS power electronics developments are addressed to applications like traction e-Drives for BEV&PHEV, special actuators, OBC and DC/DC) and ranges in power from few ten of Watts to some hundreds of thousands.

Main activities

Boards layout design, starting from the schematics to the system prototyping and testing.

Electronic board testing and test report generation are among the foreseen activities.

Candidate essential skills:

  • Secondary School Diploma or Bechelor Degree in Electronic Engineering
  • SW: Electronic CAD, LT Spice
  • Instrumentation: good knoledge and practical ability using electronic assembly/testing equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, welder)
  • Ability to work transversally with Engineering teams
  • English communication skills

Candidate desirable skills:

  • SW: Altium knowledge
  • Previous experience in electronics HW design
  • Ability to use electronic instrument for measures and signal analysis
  • Ability to use SW tools for electronic design/validation
