Job Description
For our Region Italy HR team, we are looking for 6-months Intern, focused on Sales and Marketing people and based in our Headquarter in Parma (Italy).

Job Purpose
You will have the opportunity to experience the key Barilla HR processes, working within a very fast-paced environment and get a hands-on experience on employees' life-cycle activities. Together with the HRBPs, you will develop talents in a professional and multicultural working environment of a global company, where you will gain valuable insights, skills and competencies that will help you build your expertise.

Accountabilities

• Support on HR core processes such as performance management, talent review, salary review, learning & development
• Recruiting: actively participate in the execution of the recruitment process for new graduates and junior positions
• Employer Branding: organize and participate to Employer Branding events and activities
• Support the HR Business Partners on the internal communication process for internal and external hirings
• Update the main HR systems and tools, guaranteeing also data collection, monitoring and reporting

Candidate's Ideal Profile

• Master's degree plus specialization in Human Resources
• Previous experience as HR intern will be a plus
• International mindset / Studies or work experience abroad
• Intellectual curiosity, flexibility and open-minded approach
• Very good interpersonal skills, communication and team work attitude
• Highest standard of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
• Fluent English and Italian
• Very good Excel skills

• Location: Parma (Italy)
• Duration:  6 months
• Starting date: February 2026
