LA POSIZIONE
Cerchiamo un/a
Talent Manager / PR & Partnerships Manager
che rappresenti i talents Twic nei rapporti con agenzie, brand, media e altri partner strategici.
La figura sarà responsabile della gestione commerciale, della pianificazione strategica e del posizionamento dei talents e dell'agenzia sul mercato italiano, assicurando coerenza e impatto nelle attività di comunicazione e relazioni pubbliche.
PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÁ
- Rappresentare i talents Twic nei rapporti con agenzie, brand, media e altri soggetti del mercato italiano e internazionale.
- Gestire e negoziare proposte commerciali, partnership, collaborazioni e contratti.
- Curare la pianificazione strategica la crescita professionale dei talents
- Supportare la definizione dell'immagine pubblica e del posizionamento dei talents e dell'agenzia
- Collaborare con Twic per la coerenza strategica delle attività di PR.
- Promuovere e coordinare la partecipazione dei talents a eventi, festival, premiere, sfilate e iniziative di rilievo mediatico
.
PRINCIPALI REQUISITI
- Esperienza di almeno 3–5 anni in ruoli simili (Talent Management, PR, Brand Partnership, Artist Representation).
- Solida conoscenza del mercato italiano dei media, entertainment e influencer marketing.
- Eccellenti capacità negoziali e relazionali.
- Competenze nella gestione contrattuale e commerciale.
- Capacità di pianificazione strategica e sviluppo del posizionamento di talent e brand.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; altre lingue costituiscono un plus.
- Padronanza dei principali social media, delle loro dinamiche e strumenti di analisi.

- Team player con attitudine collaborativa e capacità di interfacciarsi con il team e di lavorare in gruppo
- Eccellenti doti comunicative ed empatia.
- Proattività e orientamento ai risultati.
