This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accountant to take
the next step in their career and join our Finance team in the heart of Rome.
You will play a vital role in ensuring that all accounting processes and
procedures are completed efficiently and accurately, adding significant value
to our local business operations.

NUTS AND BOLTS
OF THE JOB

  • Manage active and passive
    invoicing processes.
  • Maintain accurate general
    ledger entries (First Note).
  • Perform bank
    reconciliations to ensure total financial accuracy.
  • Prepare and analyse
    financial reports to assist in strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure full compliance
    with local tax regulations and financial policies.
  • Support budgeting,
    forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Assist with day-to-day
    operations, including credit control and revenue reports.
  • Manage the accounts
    receivable and payable cycles.

YOUR ROCK STAR EXPERIENCE

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,
    or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience
    in a comparable role.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS
    Office (especially Excel).
  • Nice to have: Experience in cost controlling,
    budgeting, and forecasting.
