ELITE has been a successful story, providing concrete support to many companies to accelerate their growth through a comprehensive set of services embedded in an annual Membership for their leadership team: entrepreneurs and CEOs but also the C-suite benefit and are involved in workshops, networking events, meetings and exposure to the industrial and financial communities.

The core services of ELITE and its Membership for clients are in continuous evolution based on several customer needs, market trends and innovative offers.

Key accountabilities

  • Lead Qualification: evaluate and qualify leads (after sales events, for example), to ensure they meet company criteria and secure a streamlined process for passing qualified prospect to the sales team. Optimize lead flow, supporting business growth and driving sales performance. Working closely with the Sales&RM team to ensure smooth lead management and alignment on lead quality and sales priorities.
  • Lead Research: use tools like LinkedIn, Mergermarket, business article, CRM and other databases to gather new leads for the Sales&RM and Business Development Team, on a weekly basis.
  • Sales Presentation: support and prepare sales decks that the Sales&RM Team will use during ELITE promotion events and with prospects in coordination with Marketing Team.
  • Reporting and Analytics: track lead qualification performance and provide insights to the Head of Sales&RM Team (trends, pain points and opportunities for process improvements).
  • Integrated and comprehensive value proposition: interact with internal stakeholders to ensure that the value proposition of your product/service is comprehensive to notably generate cross-selling opportunities
  • Product & market development across Europe: build specific, sector-oriented knowledge for the various products. Identify market developments and translate them into sales activities (outbound)

Your profile

  • Recently completed degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or related fields;
  • Interest in financial markets, corporate finance transactions and commercial dynamics;
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Previous experience, even short-term (e.g., internships, project work), in sales or financial roles is a plus;
  • Fluent in Italian and English
