We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing & External Relations Associate to join our growing team.

This entry-level role combines marketing communication, partnership outreach, event coordination, and the tracking of grants and public calls.

It is ideal for a proactive individual eager to grow in a dynamic international environment at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communication

  • Support content creation for website, newsletters, and social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, press releases, and promotional campaigns
  • Contribute to the design and coordination of digital assets (visuals, presentations, infographics)
  • Monitor performance of communication channels and prepare analytics reports

External Relations & Events

  • Research and map relevant exhibitions, conferences, and industry events for participation
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for company representation at external events
  • Maintain and update the database of partners, institutions, and media contacts
  • Represent the company in events, fairs, and online sessions when required

Grants, Public Calls & Partnerships

  • Research, monitor, and track relevant grants, accelerators, and public funding opportunities (EU, Swiss, and international)
  • Support in preparing application materials and documentation for selected calls
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical and marketing inputs for submissions
  • Maintain a calendar of funding deadlines and update the team on new opportunities
  • Support outreach and communication with institutional partners and networks (Swiss Sustainable Finance, EFRAG, etc.)

Profile & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, International Relations, Sustainability, or related field
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English (French or Italian is an asset)
  • Strong interest in sustainability, innovation, and technology
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Canva, and Mailchimp (or similar platforms)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Research skills and ability to identify funding or partnership opportunities
  • Proactive, positive attitude with strong teamwork and coordination abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €850.00 per month
