JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa si trova sull'Isola delle Rose, una location privata a pochi minuti da Piazza San Marco, raggiungibile con comodo servizio di navetta. Aperto nel 2015, il Resort dispone di 266 camere e suite dallo stile contemporaneo, progettate dall'architetto Matteo Thun. Descrizione del ruolo
Cerchiamo un/a Night Manager per il nostro resort di lusso a Venezia, con sede di lavoro sull'Isola delle Rose. Questa è una posizione che richiede lavoro in sede, con il compito chiave di supervisionare le operazioni notturne del Resort, non solo del front office e di garantire la piena operatività dello stesso anche nelle ore notturne. Le responsabilità principali includono la gestione delle attività di accoglienza e servizio clienti, il monitoraggio della sicurezza della proprietà, e il supporto al personale durante le ore notturne. Inoltre, il candidato sarà fondamentale per garantire il massimo standard di qualità e comfort per tutti gli ospiti.
Qualifiche
- Competenze di gestione operativa: esperienza nella supervisione delle attività operative in una struttura alberghiera durante la notte.
- Conoscenze di gestione clienti: abilità nell'offrire un servizio clienti impeccabile e nel risolvere eventuali problematiche con precisione e professionalità.
- Capacità organizzative: capacità di coordinare i team e garantire standard di qualità elevati in ogni reparto operativo.
- Lingue straniere: ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue è considerata un plus.
- Esperienza in ambienti di lusso e familiarità con i requisiti di un cliente internazionale esigente sono qualifiche aggiuntive apprezzate.
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza manageriale in contesti 4-5 stelle.
- Conoscenza del software Opera PMS e l'aver lavorato in strutture Marriott sarà consideraro titolo preferenziale.
