Deine Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung von Marktanalysen als Diskussionsgrundlage für die zentralen Themen der IDM Südtirol.
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei der Analyse von Trendstudien sowie der Aufbereitung von Umfragen- und Forschungsdaten – wo möglich unter Einsatz von KI.
  • Moderation und Organisation von Lösungsworkshops, Kick-offs und Retrospektiven zu vielfältigen Themenbereichen.
  • Aufbereitung und verständliche Kommunikation von Daten und Insights gemäß Projektanforderungen.
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen und Inhalten für die Geschäftsführung.
  • Analyse, Visualisierung und Präsentation von quantitativen und qualitativen Daten – alleine oder im Team – als Grundlage für Handlungsempfehlungen und Entscheidungen.
  • Durchführung von Recherchen und Erstellung von Präsentationen für die Geschäftsführung.
  • Sparringpartner/-in für verschiedene Business Units, Sektoren und Abteilungen.
  • Mitarbeit bei der strategischen Planung von IDM Südtirol sowie der Bereiche und Sektoren.
  • Unterstützung in strategischen Projekten, Wettbewerbs- und Sektoranalysen sowie bei der Beobachtung von Marktentwicklungen.

Diese Zugangsvoraussetzungen bringst du mit:

  • Universitätsabschluss
  • Drei bis fünf Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung (z.B. in Beratungsunternehmen)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Italienisch
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Englisch

  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office-Anwendungen PowerPoint und Excel
  • Proaktive, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Konzeptionelles und analytisches Denken
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift
  • Professoinelles Auftreten
