About the Company:
per solida multinazionale produttiva, i nostri Recruitment Engineer sono alla ricerca di un
IT Business Analyst.
Core Responsibilities:

  • Supportare il team IT locale e le consociate estere nella gestione dei processi applicativi, nella raccolta dei requisiti e nell'analisi funzionale delle esigenze del business.
  • Contribuire ai progetti di trasformazione digitale e all'implementazione di nuovi software dipartimentali o integrati con l'ecosistema ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central).
  • Affiancare i referenti aziendali nella definizione delle specifiche tecniche e nella mappatura dei processi, individuando le soluzioni IT più adeguate.
  • Interfacciarsi con i partner tecnici esterni, supervisionando le attività di sviluppo e configurazione.
  • Eseguire attività di test, collaudo e validazione delle nuove funzionalità, verificando la coerenza con i requisiti raccolti.
  • Redigere documentazione, report di avanzamento e contribuire ai processi di Change Management e alle procedure ITMS interne.

Job Requirements
Must Have:

  • Diploma o Laurea in discipline tecniche/informatiche/gestionali.
  • Esperienza come IT Application Specialist, consulente ERP, PMO o ruolo funzionale su progetti applicativi.
  • Buona familiarità con sistemi ERP (preferibile esperienza con Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central).
  • Inglese buono, necessario per interazioni con la corporate e le sedi internazionali.
  • Conoscenza di base di database relazionali; gradita dimestichezza con SQL.

Nice to have:

  • Esperienza su progetti IT orientati alla revisione dei processi, implementazione di sistemi applicativi o ERP, preferibilmente in contesti manifatturieri.
  • Conoscenza di ambienti MES, PLM, BI/Data Warehouse, CRM, APS, piattaforme low-code o ambienti cloud/iPaaS.
  • Provenienza da realtà industriali o produttive.
  • Disponibilità a brevi trasferte.
