Ruolo:

Siamo alla ricerca di un
Signal & Power Integrity Engineer
da inserire nel nostro team di progettazione hardware. La risorsa si occuperà dell'analisi e della simulazione dei nostri design elettronici, con particolare riferimento all'integrità del segnale (SI) e all'integrità della potenza (PI), supportando i team di sviluppo nella definizione e validazione delle soluzioni ad alta affidabilità.

Responsabilità:

  • Eseguire simulazioni e analisi
    Signal Integrity (SI)
    e
    Power Integrity (PI)
    su circuiti e PCB ad alta velocità.
  • Analizzare e ottimizzare linee di trasmissione, impedenze, crosstalk, jitter, eye-diagram e timing.
  • Effettuare analisi PI e modellazione della
    Power Delivery Network (PDN)
    , con valutazione di rumore, risonanze e stabilità.
  • Validare le interfacce ad alta velocità, in particolare:
    PCIe Gen4, LPDDR5.
  • Collaborare con il team Hardware/PCB per definire stack-up, routing, piani di alimentazione e strategie di mitigazione EMI/EMC.
  • Validare i risultati tramite test di laboratorio e strumenti di misura avanzati (oscilloscopi, VNA, TDR, analizzatori di potenza).
  • Preparare report tecnici e documentazione a supporto dei processi di progettazione.
  • Contribuire all'ottimizzazione dei flussi di simulazione e dei modelli SI/PI.

Requisiti

  • Laurea in
    Ingegneria Elettronica
    , Telecomunicazioni o equivalente.
  • Esperienza in analisi e simulazione SI/PI su PCB ad alta velocità.
  • Conoscenza di strumenti di simulazione (es.
    HyperLynx, Ansys SIwave, Cadence Sigrity, ADS
    , o equivalenti).
  • Competenze sui protocolli ad alta velocità (DDR, PCIe, SerDes, HDMI, USB, ecc.).
  • Conoscenza delle tecniche di layout PCB e dei principi di high-speed design.
  • Familiarità con tematiche
    EMI/EMC
    e con le best practice di mitigazione del rumore.
  • Capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari e di comunicare con chiarezza i risultati tecnici.
