Rispondere prontamente alle richieste degli ospiti e di altri reparti. Riempire il carrello con le forniture e trasporta il carrello nell'area assegnata. Entra nelle camere degli ospiti seguendo le procedure per ottenere l'accesso e garantire la disponibilità prima di entrare. Sostituisce i servizi e le forniture per gli ospiti nelle camere. Rimuovi la spazzatura, la biancheria sporca e gli articoli del servizio in camera. Verificare che tutti gli elettrodomestici siano presenti nella stanza e funzionanti. Raddrizza gli oggetti della scrivania, i mobili e gli elettrodomestici. Spolverare, lucidare e rimuovere segni da pareti e arredi. Identifica gli articoli macchiati o danneggiati e determina lo stato per la riparazione, il trattamento localizzato, il rilavaggio o lo smaltimento. La risorsa supporterà maggiormente il team di HSK nello sbarazzo delle camere.
