Work area: Pomezia

Contractual situation: 12 fixed-term contract

RAL: 28000€ €

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Comply and follow with company procedures and guidelines, including the ones related to safety work practices and data management;
  • Create and manage development briefs with external partners and suppliers, including core houses, ensuring all requirements are clearly communicated and documented.
  • Coordinate the preparation of samples, including the preparation of necessary documents and shipment logistics for GxP studies and trade samples.
  • Monitor and follow up on fragrance rework projects in collaboration with business partners and the R&D team, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Manage change control processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams, maintaining direct and clear communication with scientists and specialists to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • If needed, Support claim management activities, particularly those of low complexity, by coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring proper documentation and resolution in line with company procedures.
  • Prepare and complete dossiers for the release of batches, working closely with Quality and Compliance (Q&C) to ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Receive training and, as needed, provide support for the laboratory screening tests, GMP laboratory and pilot batches, including filling and labeling procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Autonomy and Task Management: Ability to work independently, organize and execute assigned tasks efficiently, and manage communication flow for multiple initiatives.
  • Stress Management and Time Sensitivity: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet short deadlines, with a focus on maintaining high standards of work quality.
  • Project Follow-Up and Risk Management: Strong ability to monitor timelines, identify and escalate risks, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Technical Rigor and Communication Skills: Demonstrated technical rigor and excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data while ensuring completeness, consistency, and compliance.
  • Skilled at evaluating the root cause of minor claims, contributing to resolution strategies, and ensuring proper documentation to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to managing multiple priorities

Education Level: University or higher degree.

Language Level: Advanced English (read, write and speak), minimum C1 level.

Desired Qualification: Previous experience in laboratory, formula development and/or project management will be a differential factor.
