Role Description

We are seeking a junior lawyer for a fully remote position. There must be a willingness to participate in an innovative startup project. In this role, you will provide legal support, assisting in the drafting and review of contractual documents and ensuring compliance with current regulations. You will be involved in managing corporate legal matters, including regulatory research and contractual risk analysis. You will work closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure the best possible solutions.

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of civil and commercial law to manage contracts and corporate legal matters.
• Experience with compliance and data protection regulations, with a particular focus on GDPR.
• Advanced skills in drafting legal documents and reviewing contracts.
• Communication skills and the ability to work effectively in remote teams.
• Additional useful qualifications include a detail-oriented approach, prioritisation, and high professional ethics.
• Knowledge of current AI-related technologies.
