Your Role

We are looking for a brilliant and passionate person who will join our SAP Team as Finance Specialist and that will have the chance to join our ERP projects within the scope of our digital transformation. We are looking for an ERP professional focused on SAP implementation, with cross SAP competencies, data migration, and configuration that drive SAP business processes and that will work closely with ERP Manager and functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify gaps and improve system functionalities.You will be a key part of our international ERP rollout and you will join our HQ ERP team and be part of our strategy in configuration, support, and improvement.

Your Impact

• Engaging with Business stakeholders to gather and define requirements, assess the scope, define the solution,determine business benefits, identify use cases and design a roadmap to meet the business goals
• Assist in aligning IT strategy with business strategy by supporting the SAP Competence Center
• Acting as IT Product Owner by governing scope and enhancing solution agility and integrity workstreams
• Being able to assess and estimates effort to complete activities and or configuration. Being able to evaluate effort estimation from Vendor
• Supporting end-to-end solution delivery in cooperation with ERP Team and IT Vendors
• Performing validation checks during build & deployment phases to ensure alignment with approved architecture designs
• Support in functional analysis & customizing of SAP S/4 HANA modules (FI-CO) based on business requirements and being able to evaluate impatcs on other linked SAP modules (SD, MM, PP)
• Assisting in the testing process (UAT) to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation oruser's lack of experience
• Application support and training of end-users
• Develop and maintain the ERP solution according to Group strategic guidelines
• Provide first-level support for SAP applications, focusing on finance and controlling processes
• Assist in project management tasks, including creating and reviewing status updates and providing project delivery status to the Finance Application Manager
• Develop and implement appropriate service delivery models for core application functions, defining, delivering, and improving services for the enterprise and its customers
• Document and recommend improvements for how the ERP application integrates with other applications and interfaced systems.
• Ensure adherence to standards and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of application systems.
• Monitor the performance of applications within their domain and evaluate the performance of services based on specific KPIs

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

What you should bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT application support or a related field.
• Strong understanding of SAP and its application in Finance, OTC and Industrial areas.
• Knowledge in SAP customizing modules FI (AP, AR, AA and G/L, TR)
• SD knowledge is a strongly reccomended
• Ability to perform ABAP debugging is considered a plus
• CO (COPA, Product costing, PS) knowledge is a plus
• RAR knowledge is a plus
• FM knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in diagnosing and solving application issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with other applications
• Basic project management skills
• Proficient English both written and oral
• Proficient in requirement gathering and in translating user and/or systems requirements into functional/technical specifications
• Previous experience in SAP implementation projects and data migration is a plus
• System Integration consulting experience is a plus
