leader nel settore metallurgico
, siamo alla ricerca di un
Category Manager
che, riportando al
Purchasing Director
e coordinando le attività del suo team di
Buyer
, sarà responsabile della gestione strategica delle categorie di acquisto di propria competenza, garantendo l'ottimizzazione dei costi, l'efficienza operativa e la conformità alle politiche aziendali.
Responsabilità
– Definire ed implementare i piani strategici per le categorie in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali;
– Collaborare strettamente con il Direttore per pianificare e progettare strategie di acquisto allineate con gli obiettivi corporate e la direzione strategica dell'azienda;
– Sviluppare e implementare strategie di acquisto globali per le categorie:
CAPEX, nuovi impianti, opere edili, manutenzioni e ricambi
;
– Identificare opportunità di crescita e mitigare i rischi all'interno delle categorie assegnate;
– Condurre ricerche di mercato per comprendere le attività dei concorrenti e le tendenze del settore;
– Eseguire analisi di mercato e di spesa, selezione e sviluppo dei fornitori, gestione del rischio;
– Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni solide con i fornitori, negoziando i contratti per garantire prezzi, qualità e livelli di servizio ottimali;
– Monitorare le prestazioni dei fornitori e il rispetto degli accordi;
– Confrontare i dati dell'area di riferimento con gli standard aziendali, target prefissati e benchmark di settore per capire se ci sono scostamenti significativi;
– Coordinare il team di riferimento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di area;
– Contribuire alle attività ESG per promuovere una supply chain sostenibile;
– Interagire con il business per ottimizzare i costi d'acquisto della propria area, attraverso l'individuazione e l'implementazione di progetti di sviluppo e innovazione prodotto/fornitore;
– Supervisionare i livelli di inventario per garantire la disponibilità minimizzando il surplus.
Requisiti
-Laurea in Ingegneria/Economia;
-Esperienza comprovata di almeno
5-7 anni nel ruolo
preferibilmente nel aziende industriali strutturate;
-Comprovata capacità di pensiero strategico e allineamento delle strategie di acquisto con gli obiettivi aziendali a lungo termine;
-Esperienza nella collaborazione con il top management per lo sviluppo di strategie corporate;
-Ottima conoscenza dei processi di procurement, delle tecniche e dei principali fattori di costo per diversi tipi di forniture;
-Conoscenza dei modelli di contratto e delle sue principali caratteristiche e KPI;
-Ottimo conoscenza dell'inglese;
-Conoscenza avanzata nell'utilizzo di SAP o sistemi di gestione degli acquisti simili;
-Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare di Excel) e predisposizione all'utilizzo di strumenti informatici.
