We are looking for a passionate and strategic Leather Goods & Accessories Designer, with experience in leather goods design, and a genuine sensitivity toward jewelry, to join our Design team. The role combines creative and technical work, with a strong focus on evolving and recoloring carry-over collections and researching innovative materials, finishes, and construction details.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop leather goods collections with a primary focus on carry-over models: recoloring, material research, finishing proposals, and color palette definition, under the supervision of the Collection Lead.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers to research and develop new ideas, techniques, and construction processes.
  • Manage workflows and project timelines, ensuring adherence to internal deadlines.
  • Work in synergy with the RTW Design team, Product Development, and Industrialization departments.
  • Support the design and development of jewelry pieces aligned with the brand's aesthetic identity.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in leather goods design.
  • Strong technical skills in metal hardware development and detailing.
  • Interest and sensitivity toward jewelry design.
  • Excellent hand sketching skills and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (3D tools are not mandatory).
  • Strong adaptability, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Detail-oriented with strong aesthetic awareness and passion for materials and finishes.
  • Curiosity and openness to explore projects beyond leather goods when required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Cultural sensitivity, knowledge of fashion history, trends, and contemporary culture.
