The Sales Specialist North West Italy B&I A is responsible for developing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales strategy
- Develop, implement, and update sales strategies for customers
- Define sales targets and ensure they are achieved
- Monitor competitor activity
- Drive the application of standardized marketing and sales processes
Customer relationships
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Establish a professional, working relationship with the client
- Develop a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client
- Develop and execute account plans to maintain and grow customer business
Sales targets
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets
- Ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the growth of the business
Required education and experience:
- Knowledge of SAP
- Negotation skills and customer focus
- Knowledge/Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales function, better if in multinational companies
