KPMG Fides has over 300 professionals across four locations and continues to grow. As the Italian company of the KPMG network providing professional services for administrative, accounting and tax processes, KPMG Accounting supports leading Italian and international companies with administration, finance and control. It plays a key role in identifying potential opportunities, redesigning reporting models and harmonising management accounting processes.

At KPMG Accounting, we aim to invest in young people to equip them with the solid skills they need to become trusted, reliable professionals. By joining one of KPMG's Accounting teams, you will work closely with leading companies, assisting them with an integrated compliance approach to administrative activities to translate the various legislative, regulatory and procedural requirements into accounting, tax and legal processes.

For our Rome office, we are recruiting a graduate from an I.T.S.E. (Istituto tecnico economico) with a specialisation in administration, finance and marketing and experience with accounting firms, including, in particular, general and specific skills in the business, civil and tax law fields and who is able to:

• read and understand corporate administrative, financial and tax documents;
• use Microsoft Windows platform application software (Word, Adobe and Excel) independently;
• use with familiarity management software, specifically, electronic invoicing and tax, Sogei or commercial software;
• use digital technologies and tools effectively;
• communicate and write successfully in English.

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

The ideal candidate must have:

•  a degree from an I.T.S.E., with a specialisation in administration, finance and marketing;
• previous experience at medium-sized accounting firms;
• a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
• a good knowledge of English;
• excellent interpersonal and team working skills and a flexible and dynamic approach.
