Proposal Engineer

Premabergo is an innovative process engineering company specializing in cutting-edge solutions for purification, drying, and electrochlorination. We deliver high-value, tailor-made process skids and technologies to Oil&Gas customers worldwide.

As a Proposal Engineer at Premabergo, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality technical and commercial proposals for complex process engineering systems. You will work closely with the sales team, engineering department, and external suppliers to develop solutions that meet client needs while supporting the company's value proposition.

Role Responsibilities:

• Proposal Development: Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including scope definition, process descriptions, equipment lists, cost estimates, and delivery timelines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with process engineers, project managers, procurement, and suppliers to ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and feasible.
• Client Interaction: Clarify customer needs, attend pre-bid meetings, and support business development efforts with technical insights.
• Value Engineering: Identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative solutions while maintaining high technical performance and premium positioning.

Required:

• 5+ years experience in technical sales and proposals within oil & gas sector
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Preferred:

• Experience with drying systems, purification units, or electrochlorination packages
• Familiarity with EPC projects and bidding processes
• Knowledge of international standards (ASME, API, ISO, etc.)
• Additional language skills (e.g., German, French, Arabic)
