Qurate Retail Group is the largest player in video commerce ("vCommerce"), which includes video-driven shopping across linear TV, ecommerce sites, digital streaming and social platforms.

The Opportunity
The aspiration of the QVC International (QI) Internal Communications team is to help team members to feel informed, connected and purposeful in order to drive QI performance.

You will join the team in our HQ in Brugherio (MB) working with colleagues all over the world.

This paid internship will give you the opportunity to support the Internal Communications Lead by translating and drafting communications that promote our corporate culture, enhance team member engagement, and reinforce our brand's presence.

You will actively contribute to the creation of communication campaigns, maintenance of digital channels (such as the intranet and digital screens), and organization of internal events.

Your Impact
Reporting directly to the Internal Communications Lead you will:

• Work with multiple stakeholders (Brand Marketing, Digital Content, Crews...).
• Support with translation and proofreading of company communication.
• Support in the implementation of internal communication campaigns.
• Support in the organization of internal employee events.
• Collaborate with different departments to prepare company events (e.g. town halls).
• Draft editorial contributions and internal communications (e.g. intranet articles, newsletters).
• Support for the creation of reports, presentations and image databases.
• Searches and administrative tasks.

What You Bring

• Degree in Communications or the equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
• English and Italian fluency is mandatory.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva and PowerPoint (Office Suite).
• Strong expressiveness in both written and oral communication.
• Curiosity and creativity, with an interest in new technologies and communication channels.
• Experience in using digital content creation tools or interest in tools for content development would be a valuable asset to the role
