We're supporting a deep-tech company building 
next-generation autonomous robotic systems
 for real-world deployment on unmanned vehicles.

This is a 
very hands-on role
 for someone who genuinely enjoys integrating hardware and software, assembling prototypes, testing in the field, and iterating fast until things work outside the lab.

What you'll do

  • Integrate sensors, actuators, compute and control systems on autonomous platforms
  • Work with ROS2 and modern robotics software stacks
  • Assemble, bring up and test hardware prototypes
  • Run lab and field tests, troubleshoot and iterate rapidly
  • Collaborate closely with software and systems engineers

What we're looking for

  • Strong hands-on experience in robotics, electronics or mechatronics
  • Experience with ROS2, C++/Python, and hardware–software integration
  • Comfortable working on-site in Bari (lab + field environments)
  • EU right to work in Italy
  • Someone who truly enjoys building and testing real robots
