The role

We are looking for a
Junior Advocacy & Influence Specialist
to join our
Milan-based
team and support the development of talent, influencer, and creator relations activities.

The role sits at the intersection of PR, influencer marketing, and brand advocacy, with a strong operational focus on scouting and managing talents, coordinating influencer activations, and supporting integrated influence programs.

This position is ideal for someone who is curious about the talent ecosystem, eager to learn, and motivated to grow professionally within advocacy and influence projects across different industries.

Key responsibilities

The
Junior
Advocacy & Influence Specialist
will be responsible for:

• Scouting and mapping talents, influencers, and creators across platforms and markets, in line with campaign objectives
• Supporting the planning and execution of influencer and advocacy programs, from briefing to delivery and follow-up
• Managing and updating a structured influencer and talent database, ensuring accuracy and cross-market visibility
• Coordinating day-to-day influencer activities, including:
• drafting briefs and guidelines
• collecting content and materials
• supporting contracts, timings, and deliverables
• Assisting in campaign ideation and talent activation formats, contributing creative input and references
• Monitoring influencer performance and relevance, producing basic qualitative and quantitative reports
• Supporting relationships with agents, managements, and other talent representatives
• Working closely with PR, social, digital, and creative teams to ensure alignment and consistency across projects
• Keeping track of emerging talents, trends, and cultural movements relevant to the agency's key sectors.

Skills & qualifications

Must-have

• Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields
• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital PR, talent management, or similar roles (agency or brand side)
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) – this is a fundamental requirement, as the role involves daily interaction with international clients and stakeholders
• Fluency in Italian
• Solid knowledge of major social platforms and the influencer ecosystem
• Good analytical skills and confidence with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Experience working with international or multicultural projects
• Additional languages
• Familiarity with one or more of the following sectors: beauty, lifestyle, fashion, luxury, design, food, travel, sustainability, education, entertainment, tech
