As
Digital Project Manager
, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of digital projects, playing a key role in shaping the online customer experience and driving continuous improvement across platforms and internal processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure every initiative is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and deliver a portfolio of digital projects, leading the full project lifecycle, from requirement definition and planning, implementation, testing and go-live.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders (IT, Logistics, Operations, Marketing, Merchandising), external agencies, vendors and technology partner, to ensure the successful delivery of each project.
  • Prioritize initiatives, assess feasibility, and estimate impact and cost to ensure projects meet targets, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Monitor e-commerce platform performances, proactively identifying technical issues and coordinating timely resolutions with relevant teams.
  • Contribute to cross-department projects to improve systems, tools, processes and overall operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain project documentation (briefs, functional specifications, timelines, roadmaps, progress reports) and ensure clear, consistent communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, proposing innovative solutions and optimizations to boost user experience, conversion, and platform performance.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital project management, systems integration, or similar roles within e-commerce or digital environments.
  • Previous experience in consulting and/or e-commerce platforms (Magento/Adobe knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Result-driven approach, high level of autonomy, and strong sensitivity to user experience, platform performance, and digital quality standards.
