AI/LLM Engineer
contribuisce allo sviluppo di prodotti software innovativi integrando modelli linguistici avanzati (locali e cloud) all'interno dell'architettura applicativa. Lavora a stretto contatto con il team di sviluppo per progettare, ottimizzare e distribuire componenti AI, con un approccio pratico, sperimentale e orientato alla creazione di soluzioni ad alte prestazioni.

Responsabilità:

  • Integrazione LLM nei prodotti:
    progettare e sviluppare funzionalità basate su modelli locali e cloud (assistants, agenti, automazioni intelligenti, analisi testo, classificazione);
  • Prompt Engineering:
    progettare prompt robusti e modulari, ottimizzarli tramite test sistematici e metriche di qualità.;
  • Modelli locali & ottimizzazione:
    lavorare con LLM on-prem (vLLM, gguf, quantization), configurare pipeline e ottimizzare prestazioni/costi;
  • RAG & dati:
    costruire pipeline di Retrieval-Augmented Generation, curare preprocessing, vector DB e data quality;
  • Orchestrazione API e AI Services:
    integrare API esterne e tool (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, HuggingFace) all'interno del backend;
  • Data Pipeline e Preprocessing:
    gestire flussi di dati strutturati e non strutturati per alimentare i modelli, anche tramite scraping, parsing, e normalizzazione;
  • Valutazione e monitoraggio:
    misurare qualità output, latenza, affidabilità; introdurre guardrail e controlli di sicurezza;
  • Collaborazione cross-team:
    lavorare con il team di sviluppo, design e prodotto per sperimentare, prototipare e rilasciare nuove funzionalità AI.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria, Statistica, Matematica o campi affini. Valutata positivamente anche esperienza autodidatta con portfolio di progetti AI/LLM;
  • Ottima conoscenza di Python; familiarità con uno tra Java o C#. Conoscenza base di JavaScript/TypeScript per integrazioni web;
  • Esperienza con LLM (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, ecc.) e framework AI (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face);
  • Familiarità con LLM locali, inference server (vLLM, Ollama), quantization e formati gguf;
  • Conoscenze di container (Docker), scripting Bash, API REST/GraphQL e basi cloud;
  • Familiarità con strumenti di automazione (Make, Zapier, n8n);
  • Esperienza con database (relazionali e/o NoSQL) e vector DB (es. Pinecone, Chroma, Faiss).

Requisiti preferenziali:

Certificazioni
: Google Cloud AI/ML, Microsoft Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML Specialty. Corsi specifici su LLM engineering, MLOps, sicurezza AI, modelli locali.
