Lavoropiù,Divisione Moda&Design,ricerca per azienda cliente nel settore moda un/una Supply Chain and Logistics – Supporto Non-Merchandise.

La risorsa sarà responsabile di garantire la consegna puntuale e accurata dei materiali non destinati alla vendita verso i nostri magazzini e negozi. Gestirà il flusso operativo end-to-end, collaborando strettamente con fornitori, trasportatori, KerOps e team dei Brand per ottimizzare i processi logistici e migliorare l'efficienza operativa.

La risorsa si occuperà di garantire processi fluidi ed efficienti di approvvigionamento, produzione e distribuzione. La posizione richiede un alto livello di coordinamento tra diversi stakeholder, capacità di problem solving e adattabilità alle esigenze di business in evoluzione.

Nel dettaglio, svolgerà le seguenti mansioni:

  • Supporto nel coordinamento delle spedizioni dai fornitori ai magazzini, monitorando tempistiche e stato delle consegne
  • Assistenza nella gestione delle comunicazioni quotidiane con fornitori, trasportatori e team di magazzino
  • Supporto nel monitoraggio dei livelli di stock e nella preparazione di report di base
  • Contributo alla corretta gestione e accuratezza dei dati nei sistemi e documenti interni
  • Segnalazione di problemi o ritardi al team e supporto nella ricerca di soluzioni pratiche
  • Svolgimento di attività amministrative e operative per garantire l'efficienza dei flussi di supply chain
  • Supporto al Manager per attività straordinarie e progetti speciali

Requisiti:

  • È preferibile una precedente esperienza in ambito logistico, supply chain o amministrativo
  • Buona conoscenza degli strumenti MS Office, in particolare Excel
  • Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese e dell'italiano; la conoscenza del francese è considerata un plus
  • Persona precisa, organizzata e attenta ai dettagli
  • Team player, flessibile, proattivo/a e capace di gestire più attività contemporaneamente

Orario: full time 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì
