Property&Casualty (P&C) area in Allianz Technology plays a critical role in ensuring that the company effectively manages risks and provides valuable insurance solutions products to its customers. As the global IT service provider, we are responsible for driving the digitalization of the entire organization, which includes supporting P&C operations through comprehensive IT solutions.

In this context, we are looking for a Solution Designer/Business Analyst with proven experience who can play a critical role in analyzing customer requirements and contributing to the design of future-state business processes and functions.

What you do

  • Requirements Analysis by understanding Business needs and translating them into actionable insights
  • Design Recommendations for designing future business processes and functions, ensuring that proposed solutions align with both standard practices and any necessary local adaptations
  • Finding the best-fit solutions, taking into consideration various factors, including existing processes, organizational standards, and specific customer needs
  • Problem Solving in order to tackle complex problems and harmonize processes, using  analytical and conceptual skills to manage various challenges that arise during projects
  • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that solutions effectively meet customer needs while driving organizational efficiency

What you bring

  • Extensive knowledge of project governance including engaging operational stakeholders and ensuring that all project activities align with organizational goals
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively manage tasks with attention to detail, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities by identifying project risks
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proven problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work with onshore and offshore teams
  • Ability to provide business solutions consulting
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency to work with cross functional teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration, with fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
  • Availability for short business trips
  • Academic IT Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience
