Description

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze production needs based on sales forecasts and received orders.
  • Plan and schedule manufacturing activities to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards.
  • Coordinate operations across production departments to optimize resources and minimize downtime.
  • Utilize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems to determine raw material and component needs while monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the timely availability of materials and optimize procurement processes.
  • Track production performance, identify deviations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Work closely with the D&OP team and cross-functional departments to align production planning with market demand, support risk mitigation, and improve planning methodologies.

Requirements:

Experience & Technical Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of MRP systems and production scheduling tools.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in lean manufacturing or process optimization.
  • Certifications in supply chain management or production planning (e.g., APICS, CPIM).
