The job
We're looking for a
Robot Operator
to support the global deployment of our growing robotic workforce. In this role, you'll be at the front line of bringing robots from development into the real world — helping us test, deploy, and continuously improve how they perform in real environments around the globe. You will be responsible for controlling robots on-site using a range of human-machine interfaces (HMI), including handheld controllers, joysticks, and foot pedals. You will execute precise robotic movements as part of live demonstrations, field testing, or customer deployment tasks. This role is hands-on and critical to bridging physical hardware, data gathering and customer support.
The day to day
- Operate robotic systems in real-time using local teleoperation tools.
- Follow structured procedures to carry out robotic motions, tasks, or test scenarios
- Coordinate with engineers and data specialists during operation sessions
- Ensure robot safety, control smoothness, and task completion accuracy
- Provide feedback on control responsiveness and potential UI/UX improvements
- Perform basic equipment setup, shutdown, and routine checks
We want to work with you if
You're good with your hands and fast with your eyes — whether it's a game controller, or industrial joystick, you adapt quickly to new control interfaces. You're detail-oriented, patient, and take pride in smooth, accurate operation. You may come from a background in gaming, customer support or industrial control.
- You take ownership seriously and follow through — people rely on you because you deliver.
- You are an avid gamer.
- You communicate clearly and confidently in English, even in fast-moving or high-pressure situations.
- You're genuinely curious about robotics, automation, and how machines behave in the real world.
- You've worked in roles where reliability and responsibility mattered, ideally with direct exposure to customers or end users.
- You're comfortable with a flexible working schedule and understand that flexibility goes both ways: when we agree on a time or commitment, you're there and fully present.
