Il ruolo ricercato prevede la governance dei progetti garantendone pianificazione, monitoraggio e reporting, interagendo per quanto necessario con le strutture interne ed esterne ad UnipolHome (es. IT, Liquidazione Sinistri, Legale, Commerciale, Fornitori, etc.) effettuando analisi finalizzate ad un miglioramento continuo dei processi della società.
Responsabilità:
- Definisce, confrontandosi con le funzioni aziendali interessate, il piano annuale delle progettualità prioritizzandole in funzione della capacity e dell'impatto per il business (inclusi sviluppi IT);
- Gestisce il processo di budget di UnipolHome avendo cura di valutarne i risultati attraverso una puntuale analisi dei KPI;
- Gestisce il piano progetti, monitorando l'avanzamento delle attività vs. timeline e budget prefissati coordinandosi, per quanto utile, con le funzioni interessate;
- Organizza e programma i team meeting ricorsivi di allineamento ed avanzamento;
- Agisce da facilitatore nel dialogo tra le funzioni di business e l'IT
- Agisce da focal point con le funzioni aziendali del Gruppo Unipol avendo cura di rispettare le deadline per gli adempimenti previsti.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Laurea Magistrale in Economia Aziendale, Ingegneria Gestionale o analogo titolo di studio;
- Esperienza professionale di almeno 4 anni in ruoli di PM/PMO, maturata in contesti organizzativi complessi e strutturati. Rappresenta un plus avere acquisito esperienza professionale in consulenza su progetti in ambito operations coordinando team interfunzionali;
- Ottime capacità di analisi, sintesi e problem solving, unite a una forte attitudine alla gestione del tempo e delle priorità;
- Buone qualità relazionali e di team working; doti di leadership per coordinare progettualità complesse e guidare il raggiungimento dei risultati;
- Proattività, curiosità e un genuino orientamento al continuous learning;
- Buona padronanza della lingua inglese;
- Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte (2 gg/settimana);
