Energy Project Manager – Energie Rinnovabili & Real Estate | fulltime P.IVA
che affianchi il Principal nella
gestione e nel controllo di investimenti reali
in ambito
real estate ed energie rinnovabili
.

Il ruolo è
fortemente execution-driven
: serve una persona
ordinata, metodica e numerica
, capace di produrre
report chiari e decision-ready
e di
stare addosso a tecnici, consulenti e fornitori
per garantire avanzamento, tempi e qualità. Accanto ai progetti rinnovabili, la figura seguirà anche
iniziative real estate
, applicando lo stesso approccio di controllo e follow-up operativo.

Project Management operativo – Energie Rinnovabili

  • Supporto a
    pipeline ed execution
    di progetti FV
  • Monitoraggio di
    iter autorizzativi
    , milestone tecniche e amministrative
  • Coordinamento operativo con
    sviluppatori, tecnici, EPC, legali e fornitori
  • Follow-up continuo su scadenze, deliverable e avanzamento
  • Segnalazione tempestiva di criticità ed escalation

Portfolio reporting & controllo investimenti

  • Preparazione di
    report periodici di portafoglio e di progetto
    (KPI, avanzamento, scostamenti, rischi, prossime azioni)
  • Supporto a
    analisi economico-finanziarie
    (cash flow, budget vs actual, IRR/NPV quando applicabile)
  • Predisposizione di materiali
    decision-ready
    (tabelle, note sintetiche, timeline, decision points)

Supporto operativo su Real Estate

  • Impostazione e mantenimento di
    piani di progetto
    (milestone, action list)
  • Coordinamento e follow-up con
    DL, tecnici, imprese e fornitori
  • Monitoraggio di
    SAL, varianti, scadenze e deliverable

Document control & compliance operativa

  • Creazione e mantenimento della
    single source of truth
  • (cartelle, naming, versioning, verbali)
  • Preparazione di
    minute di riunione
    e controllo chiusura task
  • Verifica puntuale delle consegne da parte di consulenti e fornitori

Requisiti (must-have)

  • Minimo 5 anni di esperienza
    in uno o più ambiti:

  • project management / PMO

  • energy projects / rinnovabili
  • real estate development
  • financial analysis / controlling
  • advisory (TS / CFO advisory)

  • asset management su real assets

  • Ottime competenze di reporting economico-finanziario ed Excel

  • Forte capacità operativa:
    follow-up, gestione scadenze, coordinamento stakeholder
  • Ordine e metodo
    , attenzione ai dettagli, affidabilità
  • Lingue:
  • Italiano madrelingua/Inglese fluente
  • Spagnolo buono
  • Disponibilità a lavorare
    prevalentemente sul territorio (Umbria)
    con trasferte

    permitting, EPC, O&M, cantieri o SAL
