Within the Group Internal Regulations and Functional Governance unit, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. The selected candidate will support the management of the Group Internal Regulations System of the Group, supporting and coordinating the relevant drafting, review, approval, communication, implementation, monitoring and reporting activities.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Support and guide Group Head Office functions and Group legal entities in the proper and coherent management of Group internal regulations, in terms of execution of the operational process consisting in the issuance, update, approval, communication, implementation and monitoring of Group internal regulations
  • Manage the issuance / update plan of Group internal regulations in response to the regulatory / organizational / strategic needs of Group Head Office Functions and supervise and monitor its effective execution
  • Support the issuance and updating of Group internal regulations, facilitating GHO Functions in their drafting activities, through:
  • The preliminary definition of the objectives and expected contents of Group internal regulations in line and in compliance with any regulatory/ organizational/ strategic requirements and with the contribution and involvement of any internal relevant stakeholders/ structures
  • The support to Group Head Office Functions in the drafting activities, in order to ensure adherence to the expected formal and substantial drafting standards, ensuring coherence and homogeneity across the internal regulatory framework
  • The identification of potential contents inconsistencies that may affect the effectiveness of Group internal regulation
  • The identification, promotion and management of simplification and rationalization initiatives in order to ensure the development and maintenance of the overall internal regulatory framework according to criteria of simplicity, homogeneity, coherence and clarity
  • Monitor the execution of the internal validation process of Group internal regulations, liaising with compliance, risk management, organization and corporate affairs functions
  • Ensure the preparation of monthly reports addressed to the Top Management/ Board of Directors to support the approval/ updating process of Group internal regulations
  • Support and ensure proper advisory to Group projects with impact on the Group internal regulations system

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Background in regulations management and/or past experience in organization/governance function with particular focus on process taxonomy and/or past experience in Key Functions (or equivalent)
  • Skills related to insurance business processes and/or investment processes and/or internal control system and/or corporate governance
  • Italian and English working proficiency
