Descrizione del ruolo

Cerchiamo un supervisor per il reparto Housekeeping per un ruolo a tempo pieno con sede di lavoro a Venezia. La figura si occuperà della supervisione delle attività quotidiane dell'intero reparto di housekeeping, assicurando il massimo standard di pulizia e presentazione delle camere e delle aree comuni del resort. Coordinerà il personale addetto alle pulizie e ai servizi di lavanderia, garantendo un'esperienza eccezionale per gli ospiti attraverso l'attenzione ai dettagli e il servizio di qualità. La posizione richiede una stretta comunicazione con altri dipartimenti operativi per garantire che tutte le operazioni si svolgano in modo fluido ed efficiente.

Qualifiche

  • Capacità di supervisione e gestione di team, con esperienza nella formazione e nel monitoraggio delle prestazioni del personale - sopratutto outsourcing.
  • Conoscenza delle attività di housekeeping e operaizoni relative alla lavanderia, compresa la gestione delle attrezzature e dei materiali di pulizia.
  • Esperienza nel servizio al cliente e buone capacità comunicative per interagire efficacemente con gli ospiti e il personale.
  • Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e capacità organizzativa per mantenere alti standard qualitativi e garantire la soddisfazione degli ospiti.
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese almeno a livello intermedio.
