Position

We are looking for a
Sales & Business Development
interested in growing their professional career in the areas of
sales, client management, and business development
.

The ideal candidate is motivated, proactive, and able to build strong relationships with customers, supporting the company in expanding its presence and developing new opportunities in the market.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support sales activities across the full cycle: lead generation, client engagement, follow-up, and opportunity development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Participate in meetings, presentations, and business visits across the national territory.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to understand offerings and translate them into customer value.
  • Gather market feedback and contribute to the identification of new opportunities or customer needs.
  • Prepare commercial documentation, proposals, and reports.

Requirements

  • University degree in an
    economic
    or
    engineering
    field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an
    empathetic and customer-oriented approach
    .
  • Motivation to develop a professional path in
    sales and business development
    .
  • Willingness to travel within Italy.
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving ability, and team orientation.

Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
