Wholesale Assistant Intern
.

Scopo della posizione, inserita a diretto riporto del Wholesale Europe & APAC Director, sarà quello di supportare la campagna vendita, gestire la comunicazione con i diversi partner e le spedizioni, oltre ad analisi di sell-through.

Attività:

  • Gestione delle spedizioni per campioni richiesti da stampa, marketing, ufficio stile, NY, ecc.
  • Aggiornamento del file "Tracciamento campioni".
  • Gestione dei campioni durante gli shooting (es. BG, NM).
  • Gestione campionario in show room.
  • Attività di back office durante la campagna vendite.
  • Invio e archiviazione degli ordini cartacei.
  • Inserimento e modifica degli ordini su Joor.
  • Controllo delle immagini caricate su Joor (es. naming corretto, immagini indicative, ecc.).
  • Invio di comunicazioni relative ad annullamenti, variazioni e informazioni generiche.
  • Gestione follow up
  • Gestione flusso uniform
  • Gestione e analisi dei dati di sell-through.
  • Supporto gestione file YTD

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in economia, marketing o discipline affini
  • Ottime capacità analitiche e di problem solving
  • Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di analisi dei dati
  • Buone capacità comunicative e di lavoro in team
  • Conoscenza della Lingua Inglese
