Medical Systems S.p.A. è una azienda italiana leader nella distribuzione di prodotti e servizi per Laboratori di analisi cliniche pubblici e privati. Nell'ambito del potenziamento del proprio Team di servizi al Cliente, ricerca Specialisti di Prodotto per supportare le linee di Immunometria, Chimica Clinica, Ematologia ed Elettroforesi nella zona Nord (preferibile residenza nelle province di Brescia o Verona) e nella zona Centro (preferibile residenza nella provincia di Roma).

Le figure, riportando al Responsabile Servizio Clienti, avranno le seguenti principali responsabilità:

  • Effettuare training on site presso i clienti per il corretto utilizzo della strumentazione in fase di start up di nuove installazioni e follow up di installazioni esistenti
  • Curare la formazione sui prodotti e la promozione degli stessi, per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di soddisfazione del cliente e di fatturato
  • Supportare i clienti nell'introduzione di nuove metodiche ed analiti
  • Monitorare le prestazioni dei sistemi analitici e la risoluzione di eventuali problemi applicativi, collaborando con i Servizi di Assistenza Tecnica e di Customer Service
  • Svolgere attività di supporto tecnico-scientifico presso i clienti e gli utilizzatori
  • Effettuare dimostrazioni e valutazioni scientifiche di strumentazione e reagenti presso i clienti
  • Affiancare il Team di Vendita nelle attività di promozione dei prodotti, supportando la chiusura delle trattative commerciali
  • Collaborare con la Direzione Marketing nella raccolta di nuove applicazioni e necessità dei clienti
  • Preparare relazioni tecniche per la migliore partecipazione a gare o offerte

Esperienze e conoscenze minime richieste:

I candidati ideali soddisfano i seguenti requisiti:

  • Laurea in Scienze Biologiche o diploma universitario di tecnico di laboratorio o equivalenti
  • Provenienza dal settore della diagnostica di laboratorio, preferibilmente con esperienza lavorativa presso un laboratorio di analisi cliniche o in analogo ruolo presso aziende della diagnostica
  • Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte e spostamenti nell'area di competenza ed occasionalmente sul territorio nazionale per formazione e corsi
  • Spiccata propensione ai rapporti interpersonali
  • Capacità di lavorare in team e spirito di collaborazione
  • Ottime capacità di problem solving
  • Determinazione nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Conoscenze informatiche del pacchetto Microsoft Office
  • Patente di guida B
