Who We're Looking For:

  • Brand Communication:
    Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all Orient Express Hotels and Trains Italy materials; oversee marketing and collateral production with creative agencies.
  • Content Creation:
    Manage photoshoots and image library.
  • Storytelling:
    Create compelling visual narratives to promote the trains and enhance visibility across international, national, and local markets.
  • Monitoring & Reporting:
    Produce reports on branding and content creation activities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with digital, social media, marketing, sales, and partnerships teams to align brand initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in Branding, Marketing or Communication role, ideally in a brand-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian (additional languages as French are a plus).
  • Proven experience in brand management.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize work assignments and follow-up.
  • Execute a multitude of tasks in a timely basis.
  • Creative talent and team player.
  • Confident and dynamic personality.
  • Ability to think strategically while being detail-oriented and hands-on.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Marketing and Editing tools.
  • Knowledge of Indesign and Photoshop is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, covering evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
