As a Stock Assistant, and a valued member of the Milano Centrale team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

  • Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
  • Actively contribute in achieving store objectives (budget and targets) adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
  • Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
  • Organize and manage the stockroom of the store and deliveries.
  • Receiving incoming goods and preparing outgoing goods.
  • Handling goods within the store and be responsible for the organization of the stockroom of the store.
  • Inventory management and stock verification.
  • Fostering a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.

  • Previous experience in similar roles (Stock Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
  • Knowledge of key commerce KPIs.
  • Proficiency in using computers and key software applications.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Agility, dynamism and flexibility.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Aptitude for teamwork.
  • Physical and stress resistance.
  • High school diploma.
  • Good knowledge of English.
