The Role
As a
Mechanical Engineer,
you will join our R&D Mechanical Engineering team
,
designing and developing advanced mechanical and mechatronics systems that power the next generation of precision agriculture equipment.

You will work in a dynamic, collaborative and international environment where your ideas and contributions are valued and respected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, designing, and developing advanced mechanical and hydraulic fluid transfer systems for precision agriculture.
  • Drive innovation by ensuring that every product meets — and exceeds — quality expectations and industry standards throughout development and production.
  • Support continuous improvement, cost optimization and efficiency initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions that meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Excellent command of CAD tools and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
  • Strong experience in plastic injection-molded component design.
  • Solid knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
  • Experience with FEM simulation is a plus.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Proactive and versatile professional with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving creativity, and a hands-on approach—able to work independently or collaboratively in complex environments while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder, with a strong customer focus and eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative in both technical and project activities.
