Job Responsibilities:

l Oversee the entire lifecycle management of our logistics software, including testing, upgrading, and deployment.

l Manage the transition of new features and updates to ensure minimal disruption and smooth implementation.

l Provide first-line support for system issues, perform necessary debugging, and guide Chinese and Italian users in troubleshooting problems.

l Act as a liaison between the HQ IT team and Italy operational team, facilitating clear and effective communication.

l Apply product thinking to understand user needs, enhance app functionality, and provide feedback to the development team.

l Ensure that all processes align with both user requirements and business objectives, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Job Requirements:

l Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

l Minimum of 1 year experience in IT product management or logistics systems, experience in software development or technical support is a plus.

l Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting software applications.

l Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

l Proficiency in both Chinese and Italian.

l Legally eligible to work in Italy.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Retribuzione: €2.200,00 - €2.700,00 al mese
