About the client: The Ortus Club

The Ortus Club is a B2B marketing company specializing in virtual and in-person knowledge-sharing discussions.

Our experienced team runs approximately 50 events a month, striving to curate intimate gatherings that bring together senior executives and thought leaders across various industries. We help them create meaningful connections and insightful discussions that can start innovative business relationships by providing an environment for them to engage in candid conversations, share best practices, and explore new opportunities.

The Role

Are you ready to stop just attending events and start defining them? Do you thrive in a global environment, possess an innate flair for communication and public speaking, and have the drive to hunt down and coach the world's most dynamic speakers?

If you answered YES, then buckle up We're searching for an Event Experience & Performance Specialist to become the energetic core of our international events team. This isn't just logistics—it's about crafting unforgettable experiences and elevating our global presence one keynote, one interview, and one powerful conversation at a time

What You'll Be Doing:

As the face of our event experience, you will:

• Be a Talent Scout & Coach: Identify, evaluate, and power-train our event speakers, moderators, and panellists to ensure every session is professional, impactful, and full of energy.
• Build a Global Network: Forge deep, lasting relationships with speakers, hosts, and content contributors across continents. Your network will be your superpower
• Go Global: Travel the world to represent us Coordinate events on-site, soaking up the atmosphere and ensuring flawless execution. International travel is a core part of this role
• Step Into the Spotlight: Conduct compelling, on-camera interviews with executives (in-person and virtually) and contribute content to our dynamic podcasts, blogs, and newsletters. Tell our story
• Master the Details: Manage all speaker communications, follow-ups, and attendance confirmations with proactive precision.

Who We're Looking For:

• Exceptional Communication Instincts: You have a commanding presence and the confidence to engage anyone, anywhere. Public speaking is your jam
• A Global Mindset: An international background or multilingual capabilities are a massive plus—you see the world as your marketplace.
• The Content Creator: A strong interest in content creation, interviewing, or "on-air" storytelling. You understand how to make a narrative stick.
• Organized & Driven: You are proactively organized, capable of juggling multiple high-priority tasks in diverse markets without dropping the ball.
• A Relationship Builder: You are comfortable with outreach and dedicated to nurturing global, high-value relationships.
• Bonus Points (But Not Required): Experience in marketing, events, hospitality, or recruitment.
