Business Overview of BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking – Accounts Payable Internship
The Accounts Payable department provides financial and administrative support to the organisation. The team is in charge of:

  • authorization cycle of invoices;
  • invoices and expenses accounting;
  • vendors/employees payments;
  • staff costs accounting and reconciliation;
  • operational and fiscal reconciliations;
  • expenses re-invoicing.

Primary Responsibilities
The intern will support the Accounts Payable team in the following tasks:

  • manage the workflow for invoices authorization collection;
  • matching and monitoring purchasing requests;
  • accounting of vendor invoices and other documents in cost perimeter;
  • process payments;
  • manage Fixed Asset;
  • perform operational reconciliations (Employees, Vendors, accounts in passive cycle scope…) and fiscal reconciliation (withholding tax);
  • issue debit note for costs recharges;
  • produce fiscal reporting (VAT book, Fixed Asset book);
  • accounting payroll;
  • social charges reconciliation;
  • assist the organization on developments/evolutions related to costs accounting.

What We Expect From You

  • Education: Master's degree in accounting, Management or Administration;

  • Behavioral skills: High ethical standards, strong accuracy and organization skills; teamwork and analytical approach; sense of confidentiality and responsibility; proactivity and problem-solving attitude.

  • Technical skills: accounting skills; Fluent English (written and spoken); very good knowledge of Excel.

Contract type and Remuneration
The offer will be a full time 6-months internship, and it's dedicated to all students or recent graduates (twelve or less months after graduation).

The Group provides a monthly monetary contribution.
