Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Business Development Manager located in Venice. The selected individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, creating and executing sales strategies, and contributing to the company's revenue growth. The role includes handling negotiations, collaborating with marketing and operations teams, and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients owner to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Building
- Proficiency in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and identifying new business opportunities
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
- Organizational and Time Management skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian or additional languages is a plus
