Join our team We are looking for a Junior Engineer to be part of our R&D & Control System Department.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, after an appropriate training and onboarding period, you will be able to work independently and support other team members in carrying out the following activities:

• Interpretation of AHU project specifications, with identification of control components, control strategies, and development of control schematics;
• Preparation and updating of manuals for control software usage;
• Collaboration with external suppliers for the development of electrical panels and control systems;
• Testing and/or commissioning of AHUs, identifying and resolving any issues or defects;
• Support in post-sales AHU service activities.

Availability to undertake short-term national and international travel is required.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Technical background (Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering is preferred);
• 2/3 years of prior experience in the same role;
• Good knowledge of the English and Italian language;

Proactive attitude and teamwork orientation, with a hands-on and constructive approach to finding structured and effective solutions. Good communication skills, empathy, flexibility, and willingness for continuous learning.
