What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you will:

  • Manage and scale the sales of 15-25 product listings across Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Lead new product launches, ensuring they reach $10K/month within 90 days with a success rate of 70-75%.
  • Own the strategy for PPC optimization, improving keyword rankings and profitability.
  • Actively monitor the competitive landscape and make adjustments to sales strategies to protect market positions.
  • Maintain stock levels that minimize excess inventory, with a liquidation rate target under 7%.

Metrics you will be measured on:

  • Revenue growth, PPC efficiency, and product success rates.
  • Inventory health, forecasting accuracy, and liquidation management.
  • New product launch velocity and success.
  • Data-driven decision-making to maintain competitive advantage.
Your Responsibilities

Sales Growth & Account Leadership

  • Lead and scale Amazon sales, managing existing product portfolios.
  • Develop pricing strategies and promotions based on data to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure inventory is well managed to prevent stockouts.

Product Launches

  • Oversee 8-12 product launches per month, ensuring they reach target sales within 90 days.
  • Leverage tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Amazon Brand Analytics for in-depth product research and competitive analysis.
  • Coordinate efforts across PPC, marketing, and inventory teams to ensure timely and successful launches.

PPC & Advertising Management

  • Execute data-driven PPC strategies that drive new product visibility and boost keyword rankings.
  • Optimize ad spend to achieve ROAS targets and maximize profitability

Forecasting & Inventory Health

  • Provide monthly sales forecasts with an accuracy of 90%.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels (min. 90 days, max. 160 days of supply).
  • Monitor inventory health to prevent stockouts and excess liquidation.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Submit regular reports tracking revenue growth, PPC performance, inventory health, and sales strategies.
  • Use data to tell a story and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Present detailed insights and action plans to leadership to ensure sales targets are met.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Experience

  • 3-5 years managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and PPC success (share specific metrics).
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams for product launches, PPC, and inventory management.

Amazon Expertise

  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central and related tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout).
  • Expertise in PPC and DSP advertising, with a proven ability to drive sales and improve keyword rankings.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement actionable strategies for sales growth.

  • Comfortable in video calls, Slack, and written communication to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
