. La risorsa supporterà le gare nazionali e internazionali con analisi tecnico-economiche e sviluppo dei metodi costruttivi per viadotti, stazioni e grandi manufatti complessi.

Principali responsabilità

  • Analisi di computi metrici, disegni strutturali e capitolati tecnici.
  • Stima dei costi diretti e indiretti per getti in opera, casseforme, carpenterie e prefabbricati.
  • Valutazione dei cicli produttivi e delle rese per ottimizzare sequenze costruttive e tempi.
  • Contributo alla preparazione delle offerte tecniche ed economiche.
  • Aggiornamento delle stime economiche sulla base delle offerte di fornitori e subappaltatori.
  • Interfaccia con Procurement e Planning per benchmarking e programmazione dei costi.
  • Redazione della documentazione economica richiesta dai bandi (BoQ, cash flow, breakdown materiali e attrezzature).
  • Supporto all'analisi dei rischi economico-finanziari e proposta di varianti metodologiche.

Requisiti

  • Laurea magistrale in
    Ingegneria Civile
    , preferibilmente indirizzo
    Strutture
    .
  • 2-3 anni
    di esperienza in progettazione o stime di opere in calcestruzzo armato (viadotti, stazioni, edifici complessi).
  • Ottima conoscenza di MS Office (in particolare Excel).
  • Conoscenza di software di stima/cost control.
  • Inglese fluente; ulteriori lingue costituiscono un plus.
  • Disponibilità a viaggi e missioni all'estero.
