Test Lead (Automation)
La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno di un team progettuale in forte evoluzione, operante presso un cliente rappresentato da un prestigioso gruppo del settore financial services.
La figura prescelta, con comprovata esperienza nella gestione e nel coordinamento di attività di test in contesti complessi e multi-fornitore, sarà responsabile dell'intero ciclo di vita del testing, collaborando con team tecnici, stakeholder di business e funzioni dirigenziali, garantendo la qualità delle soluzioni implementate:
Responsabilità:
- Definire la strategia di test (funzionale, regressione, automazione) in linea con gli obiettivi di progetto.
- Coordinare il team di tester e garantire la corretta esecuzione dei piani di test.
- Gestire il ciclo di vita dei test tramite Jira (creazione, tracciamento, reporting).
- Implementare e supervisionare test automatizzati con Playwright.
- Monitorare KPI di qualità e fornire reportistica verso il cliente e il management.
- Collaborare con analisti, sviluppatori e PM per garantire la copertura dei requisiti.
- Gestire la prioritizzazione dei difetti e il processo di remediation.
- Assicurare la conformità alle policy di sicurezza e alle normative del settore assicurativo.
Competenze e requisiti:
- Certificazione ISTQB
- Esperienza comprovata come Test Manager in progetti complessi.
- Conoscenza approfondita di Jira (workflow, dashboard, tracciabilità).
- Playwright per automazione su applicazioni web.
- Conoscenza di strumenti di performance testing (es. JMeter, AzureLoadTest).
- Metodologie Agile/Scrum e strumenti di CI/CD.
