The Group Treasury Senior Specialist is responsible for managing a range of treasury activities, from cash management and reporting to risk control and banking relationships. It ensures efficient liquidity management through banking transfers and cash optimization, manages treasury workflows, banking products and projects, and provides reliable reporting to support governance and audits.

The position also contributes to the definition of the group's banking structure, supports subsidiaries with treasury management systems and banking platforms, and maintains strong partnerships with financial institutions to align operations with corporate financial strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Cash Management: Manage intra-company and intercompany transfers, support the process of cash remuneration optimization, and ensure accurate monitoring of bank balances to guarantee liquidity efficiency and financial control
  • Treasury Products, Projects & Processes: Manage treasury workflows including RIBA flows, Letters of Credit, payments, short‑term credit facilities, bank guarantees, debt and M&A settlements, while acting as focal point for projects and optimizing payment flows and banking products related processes also for subsidiaries.
  • Treasury Reporting: Reporting economic banking conditions and banking products, acting as focal point for audit requests.
  • Group Banking Structure: Contribute to the definition and implementation of the Group's global banking framework.
  • Banking Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with local and global banking institutions, relationship managers, and trading desks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master's Degree in Economics
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles
  • Entrepreneurship mindset, with the ability to take initiative and drive improvements.
  • Relational and analytical skills, combining interpersonal effectiveness with data-driven decision making.
  • Teamwork attitude and goal orientation, ensuring collaboration across departments and focus on achieving results.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) to interact with international stakeholders.
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, for reporting, analysis, and treasury operations.
  • Knowledge of Piteco software or similar treasury management systems will be a plus.
