Role Description Sales Associate (Part-Time, On-Site)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at TAGS Concept Store. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Florence, Italy. As a Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our clients, showcasing our carefully selected products, and maintaining the store's visual aesthetic. You will be a key ambassador for the brand, helping customers find pieces they love while embodying the TAGS vision of style and sophistication.

Responsibilities:


• Greet and engage customers warmly, creating a welcoming store environment


• Provide personalized assistance to help customers find items that suit their style and needs


• Present and showcase products, sharing your knowledge of fashion trends and our collection


• Complete and manage sales transactions accurately, ensuring a seamless customer experience


• Maintain high standards of store appearance and visual merchandising, ensuring products are displayed attractively


• Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty


• Stay updated on new arrivals and trends, bringing a knowledgeable perspective to customer interactions

Qualifications


• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage with customers


• Solid understanding and interest in fashion trends, styles, and brands


• Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks


• Sales and negotiation abilities, with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals


• Fluency in both Italian and English is essential


• A genuine passion for fashion, style, and high-quality design


• High school diploma or equivalent
