TEST LAB MANAGER
 per potenziare il proprio Design Office nell'ambito di nascenti progetti per equipaggiamenti fluidodinamici in ambito
SPAZIO
.

La posizione prevede:

·      Redazione e aggiornamento delle procedure di test (funzionali, termici, in moto, termovuoto).

·      Definirzione dei parametri di test in collaborazione con progettisti e responsabili di prodotto.

·      Pianificazione e monitoraggio delle attività del laboratorio.

·      Analisi dei dati di test e supervisione dei report tecnici.

·      Interfaccia con fornitori per strumenti, attrezzature e servizi di test.

·      Coordinamento della validazione dei prototipi e supporto nelle fasi di sviluppo prodotto.

Sono richiesti i seguenti requisiti:

·      Laurea magistrale/triennale in Ingegneria Meccanica, Elettronica, Aerospaziale o affini.

·      Consolidata esperienza in progettazione e validazione di test, con responsabilità di coordinamento.

·      Conoscenza approfondita di schemi elettrici, disegni meccanici e normative di settore.

·      Capacità di scrittura tecnica in lingua inglese.

·      Competenze gestionali e organizzative (pianificazione, leadership, gestione risorse).

·      Problem solving, visione sistemica e orientamento al miglioramento continuo.

·      Precisione, autonomia e capacità di sintesi.
